Hi, I’m Dayna Pereira — storyteller, writer, podcaster, and oversharer. I've been in the podcasting biz since 2019, and have had the absolute privilege to be a part of multiple chart hitting shows all over the world. I use humor as my crutch, but also lean in to mental health awareness, boundaries, and sharing all of my "fuck ups" loudly.. I like wine, saying "fuck", rescuing dogs, researching, and traveling everywhere with my family.
